James Alex Fields’ next scheduled court date is for December 14. The current charges are unchanged:

One count of Murder 2 (Heather Heyer); three counts of malicious wounding; three counts of aggravated malicious wounding; two counts of felonious assault; and one count of “FAIL STOP ACCIDENT/FEL DEATH.”

Never mind that Heather Heyer’s mother publicly announced months ago that her daughter died of a heart attack, and not from blunt force trauma. In other words, it appears that Fields never hit Heyer.

I started reading today’s Heaphy Report on the mismanagement of the Unite the Right rally by the Charlottesville PD, under the “leadership” of racist, black Chief Al Wilson, but I can’t analyze it yet. It’s over 200 pages long, not reader friendly, and MSM summaries are worthless, because the ones I’ve seen have all projected their blood libel narrative onto the events of the rally. In other words, either the MSM reports I read lied about the Heaphy Report, or the Heaphy Report lied about the rally.
