POSITION DESCRIPTION: Develop, integrate and implement USN I&D strategy, governance and assessment mechanisms. Shape strategy, policy and program execution. Lead CNO's High Leverage Outcome to Mitigate Negative Effects of Bias efforts.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION DESIRED:

-O6, Unrestricted Line Officer (Post Command preferred)

-Recognized leader with upward mobility potential

-Strategic and critical thinker

-Integrator, force-multiplier

-Able to influence at all levels

-Inquisitive, possesses natural curiosity

-Passion for making things right

-Change management skills

-Project management skills

-This position does not require a “diversity professional”, it requires an outstanding leader who can drive strategic change, deliver results, and operate outside one’s typical comfort zone!

ADDITIONAL REMARKS: CNP is looking for a senior O-6 who is mature, articulate, and comfortable researching and presenting data-informed topics to large and sometimes senior groups.

*Position has the option to extend to three years, based on needs of the command and applicant.
