The vote will not change a thing. It's not binding. It's "supported" by a "caretaker" Prime Minister who has one foot out the door.  It's lip service to the discontented populace and will only serve to create still more discontent. The US has and continues to send troops, supplies etc.
No doubt other  coalition partners are participating in the build up.

Parliament resolutions, unlike laws, are non-binding to the Iraqi government, but this one has the backing of Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi, who had earlier called on parliament to end foreign troop presence.

Mahdi has already said he'll step down. He's called the "caretaker Prime Minister" in the 5 eyes leftist media as previously reported
