Finland reports first adverse reaction to coronavirus vaccine
"By Saturday 2 January, almost 5,000 people in Finland have been vaccinated from the first batch of about 10,000 vaccines which Finnish health authorities received just after Christmas."

Adverse reactions are running ten fold right now.. and these aren't sore arms and localized swelling. This would be severe reactions. Anaphylaxis most likely. Certainly facial paralysis would be a severe reaction as well
